⚠️ Important: Account Deletion is Permanent
Before you proceed, please understand:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your generated images will be deleted
- Your account data and history will be permanently removed
- Any unused credits or subscription benefits will be forfeited
- You will lose access to all premium features
How to Delete Your Account
You have two options to delete your Imagin8 account:
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Imagin8 app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
- Your account will be deleted immediately
This is the fastest way to delete your account.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to: support@imagin8.app
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address in the message
- We will process your request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account Information: Email, name, profile data
- Generated Images: All images you've created
- Usage History: Generation history and preferences
- Subscription Data: Payment history (except as required by law)
- Social Interactions: Likes, follows, shared content
Data Retention
Please note:
- Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Anonymous usage statistics may be retained for analytics
- Content reported for policy violations may be retained for safety purposes
- Financial records may be retained as required by tax laws
Alternative to Deletion
If you're not sure about permanent deletion, consider these alternatives:
- Temporarily stop using the app: Your data remains safe and you can return anytime
- Cancel subscription: Keep your account but stop recurring payments
- Clear your generation history: Delete specific images while keeping your account
