Imagin8 uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
When you generate an image, your text prompt is sent to our AI providers to produce the image. Every generated image is automatically scanned by Google Cloud Vision API's SafeSearch before being displayed to you or shared to the community feed. Images flagged for adult, violent, or inappropriate content are automatically blocked.
⚠️ By using Imagin8, you acknowledge that your prompts are processed by third-party AI services and that all generated images are subject to automated content moderation.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Free tier users of Imagin8 may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) and usage data to serve personalized ads.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:
Subscribed users do not see ads. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
When you choose to share an image to the Imagin8 community feed, that image becomes publicly visible to all users of the app. Please do not share images containing personal information or content you wish to keep private.
You can delete your shared posts at any time from within the app. Users can like posts; there is no commenting or direct messaging feature.
All community posts are subject to our content moderation policies. You can report inappropriate posts using the report feature within the app.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
Imagin8 is intended for users aged 12 and older. Age ratings may vary by platform and region (13+ on iOS in most countries, 12+ on Android and in certain regions such as South Korea, and A14 in Brazil). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 12 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@imagin8.app and we will delete that information promptly.
Our website (imagin8-2.web.app) may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to improve your browsing experience. The Imagin8 mobile app uses device identifiers (such as IDFA/GAID) for advertising purposes as described in Section 5.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings and advertising identifier tracking through your device settings.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Imagin8 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
